OUR LAKE DISTRICT APARTMENT: THE LAYOUT    The apartment building (and the parking) is accessed    via a keycard security system.    Once inside, there is lift access available to the    apartment and the apartment itself is all on one level    so easily accessible.    The accommodation is compact, yet offers ample    space, covering approximately 1,000 square feet.

The open plan dining area, living room and kitchen    form the heart of the property, and lead out to the    balcony, one of the apartment's best features with    its wonderful view of Kendal Castle.    The balcony is southwest-facing, so when the weather    is favourable, it can be a sun-trap for much of the day.    Two bedrooms (one super king and one that can be    configured as a super king or twin) and two bathrooms    complete the offering.

SO WHERE IS THIS APARTMENT?    The apartment is in the traditional market town of    Kendal in Cumbria and lies on the outskirs of the    Lake District National Park.    Famous for Kendal Mint Cake, Kendal is a great    base for a holiday.
